I have a sinus infection which causes sinus congestion as the main symptom. This originally started as a toxic black mold infection. The different treatments that have been prescribed have been various anti-candida treatments. Will Lufenuron help get rid of the fungus in the sinus area? Does it get into the blood stream so it will penetrate even the sinus area with all the layers of mucous?

Any fungal infections are of your actual mucous membranes, not of the mucous itself. So Lufenuron should reach those.
However I do not know how effective Lufenuron is against "black mold". You mean Aspergillus niger? (Deadly when it gets into your lungs!)
Lufenuron does not work against all fungi. Only those with Chitin in their life cycle. I do not know whether Aspergillus uses Chitin, but it can be found by Googling for it.
