A response to a Lufenuron customer from Thailand.

I'll try to give my two cents :-)
We have to approach this rather complex health problem as scientific as possible.
Let's analize this, using what I believe to be hard facts about Candida and Lufenuron.
1. A person who has no Candida infection whatsoever, will experience no reaction to Lufenuron whatsoever.
2. The type and severity of the reaction to Lufenuron (Jarisch-Herxheimer), if it occurs, is proportional to the infectious load, also dependent on location.
3. When a white Candida thrush is present on the tongue, Lufenuron will nearly immediately (after three, four day at the latest) get rid of it all. The tongue will then look nicely pink. This is ALWAYS the case because there are not yet Candida strains in the wild that are resistant to Lufenuron, because it is not used as an antifungal in humans.
4. Truly systemic Candida infection (in the bloodstream or CNS) is immediately lethal. Not even with IV ampothericin B, the survival rate is much above 50%.
Only a few thousand CFU's (colony-forming-units, spores) are lethal, when intruduced in the bloodstream. Candida in the brain will nearly always result in death within days.
5. It is possible, with severe Candida overgrowth in the colon, that it produces so much alcohol that you experience fuzzy-headedness, but this should be totally gone from the second to the third week after using Lufenuron AT THE VERY LEAST. If the "zombie"-ness does not abate, Candida can't be responsible for it.
Could you send me a picture of your tongue?
Would it be possible that this white thrush is not Candida, but something else (I am not a MD but can try to find possible other causes).
Have you tried scraping it off with a teaspoon, for example? Is it a thick white paste? Can you clean your tongue like that (and by brushing the back of your tongue with a stiff toothbrush).
Have you recently had bloodwork for zinc, iron, vit. B etc., or do you base your being low on these on your symptoms?
Are you a vegetarian, and if so, do you take replacements for iron, B12 etc?
You can get T3 tablets (Thyroid stimulating hormone) in Thailand very easily and cheaply w/o prescription, have you tried them, and do they help?
Some years after removing amalgam fillings, there is much less Mercury in the CNS, so I don't think this is a likely cause.
Could you describe in detail how this "feeling like a zombie" feels?
(e.g. do you have problems retaining balance, do you have concentration issues, lethargy/lack of energy etc.)
