That means it's still in yeast stage so I'm wondering should I start eating forbidden foods to make sure they can still see the white pasty stuff in my stomach when they do the endoscopy next wedensday?

"Forbidden foods" are not going to be able to neutralize the Lufenuron or help the Candida to withstand its Chitin-impairing action. The Lufenuron kills the yeast and there is absolutely nothing to do about that. Even if you were to eat a kilo of sugar each day it would not make the slightest difference.

So eating a lot of high gi foods one day won't compromise my recovery? Cuz I made that mistake yesterday.
