>I am very intrigued by your product. I have a few questions.
>I am going to say now - I have never been diagnosed with Candida by a doctor or
>professional. However, I have been reading about it from many sources over the
>last two year or so and also exhibiting increasingly more of the symptoms. I am
>almost 100% positive I have candida in large amounts in my body because I

>I have especially struggled with a persistent bladder infection. I don't have
>health insurance and I am a financially independent student so I save all the
>money I can - I've had few official tests to diagnose me with things because I try
>to save all the money I can. Its possible my infection has also spread to my

>prescribed me herbs but they don't seem to be cutting it.

>I have eaten quite healthy for several years, eating more fresh foods and far less

>semi->grains, no fruit or anything sweet, no preservative-filled food, no dairy, no
>peanuts or pistachios, and no fungi. My diet has changed considerably due to this

>So I'm giving you this background information because I want you to know what
>my body's been through. I was wondering if the Lufenuron could be taken in soy
>yogurt? Or some other cool-temperature liquid? I don't tend to eat dairy and I
>think it helps.

>Another more important question I want answered before I buy this is... How
>important is a continued diet that attempts to starve the yeast?

>I know this is not what you're selling but I want to know because... I am tired of
>trying to starve the yeast with such a restrictive diet and seeing no results. If I

>"sure" me or "work" until i start eating some grains or sugars again? Does
>Lufenuron make a lasting impact, beyond the two months it is active? I read the
>explanation on the website all the way through but it is still unclear to me - if
>Lufenuron going to deplete the candida, or is it going to bring it to a healthy,
>balanced level which will be relatively easy to maintain?

>Also, I'm not sure you can answer this, but once I begin getting the candida
>under control, will I likely have less food allergies and sensitivities? Before I
>started the grain free diet, many sweet things, including some fruits, and some
>grains (especially glutenous ones, like I said), were causing really detrimental
>reactions. If you know anything about this please tell me.

>One more question: What is Lufenuron made of? I'm still not clear on this detail.

All very good questions..

Lufenuron is a chemical. It's a molecule, made of 8 fluor atoms, 3 oxygen atoms, 2 chlorine atoms, 2 hydrogen atoms and 2 nitrogen atoms.
It prevents the synthesis of chitin, an major component of the fungal cell wall.

It's a good idea to avoid diary. Not only do many people lack the lactase gen (the gen that codes for the enzyme that digests lactose, milk sugar), but people are not calves, so diary is simply BAD for us. I know this is controversial, but I'm a nutritionist and I have my informed opinion :-)
Diary actually is the main cause of Osteoporosis in the Western world, because the balance of Phosphorus - Calcium - Magnesium is totally askew.
So the bone density increases, but the bone becomes very brittle!

Candida in the kidney usually kills in days or weeks, without treatment. It is a condition that requires hospitalization and treatment with IV antifungals. So you do not have that, I assume. Candida is one of the most lethal infections, people often confuse thrush with mycelial Candida. If a person gets injected with 1000 yeast cells, the person always dies within 3 to 5 days from damaged heart valves and the like. Many people believe they are "loaded with Candida" but it isn't that extreme or they would be dead already. In the colon, sure, possible, but not in the brain or organs. That's nearly instantly deadly.

What you describe could or could not be Candidiasis. It is hard to say. If you had lots of cash, you should just buy it and see what happens. Because if it does not work, you certainly do not have candida and if it works, you most certainly do. $68 is cheap to have that perfectly clear.

However - I do not think Lufenuron will solve your problems permanently. They seem more allergy-related.

About diet and Candida: I think diet is wildly overrated, as long as you avoid large quantities of food with a high GI (glycemic index). Your blood sugar level should be as horizontal as possible, no sharp peaks. Avoid sugars (especially High Fructose Corn Syrup - pure poison!) and refined starches. Potato has a higher GI than refined sugar.

You can take Lufenuron with any kind of food you like, as long as it doesn't get exposed to really hot temps (too hot to eat). You need to get some oils/fats with the Lufenuron to aid absorbtion.

Peanuts are beans, not nuts. Fungi are good against Candida, as I wrote here: Mushrooms and fungi are good against Candida (http://www.owndoc.com/candida-albicans/mushrooms-fungi-molds-candida/)

(There is incredibly much nonsense on the Internet about Candida, however it is possible that you are indeed allergic to fungi, I just hate the "general wisdom" that fungi exacerbate Candida - this is baloney :-)

Something about grains: Grains are, like diary, not suitable for human consumption. Controversial, I know. Reason: Humans have not changed, genetically, the last 200 000 years. Grains however are a recent "invention". We started to eat bread only after agriculture was invented, 4000 years ago or, in less conservative estimates, 14 000 years ago. I wrote an article about that: Gluten are toxic to all people, not just to Coeliacs (http://www.owndoc.com/diet/bread-our-daily-poison-gluten-sensitivity-mistaken-candida/)

Meaning, we are not genetically evolved to eat grains. Humans are evolved to be hunters-gatherers with the emphasis on roots, fruits, nuts, fat meat and legumes. Diary and grain has never been our staple until a few thousand years ago. This is why there are many people who do not thrive on diary and/or grains.

Totally cut out gluten from your diet and see how you fare on that. You may suffer from gluten sensitivity. If you still have Candida-like symptoms, you could do much worse than trying Lufenuron. It is a powerful antifungal but serious cases of Candida often return later, albeit in a less virulent form.
