You will not know whether it's gone until it has been gone for quite a while. You should notice a very clear improvement, if you suffer fom any Candidiasis.
A single course of 15 grams should be sufficient if the Candida isn't too serious. It depends on the state of your immune system as well. (mainly in fact).
Your fillings can be removed by a special method where the Mercury gasses are being sucked off with a tube that hangs in your mouth. You could find a dentist that specializes in such. Otherwise the Mercury load on the body gets enormous, the months after the removal, due to breathing in the fumes that are set free when the fillings are removed.
