Hi Sarah, so im on day 3 of my protocol from my previous post. The only differene is i did 2x9 g bags instead of 1 as i have poor absorption and wanted to make sure to hit it hard. My tongue has started to clear up visibly for the first time in about 6 years(thats the only improvement ive seen so far, its very early days i know)
The die off is manageable atm, just a little tired and groggy more than usual, this could be from the other anti fungals tho as leufnuron takes a bit of time?
My two questions are, it seems that i have started to get what could only be described as a chest infection, coughing and chest feels warms... has anyone expierenced this as die off before ?
Lastly as its the new year my friends want me out as they dont see me as much as they should becaose of my illness, would a few ciders be too much for my body or "feed" the yeast too much to make it not worth it ?
Thanks
Steve

Yeast can not be "fed", really. Candida albicans is one of the main organisms responsible for the decay of corpses. Corpses have low blood sugar levels. The importance of diet has been grossly exaggerated. Diet is important in different ways:
1. Do not kill yourself through your diet: Do not give yourself Diabetes. Do not startve yourself of vital minerals and vitamins.
2. A healthy diet helps to keep your immune system strong.
In my opinion, no - a few ciders won't do harm, esp. not when on an antifungal medicine.
About the rest of your symptoms/dieoff effects etc. - impossible to say. All within the realm of possibilities. If you have Candida in your upper airways, you can certainly expect something like you describe.
Of course, people with intestinal Candidiasis should not stuff themselves with donuts, that's a no-brainer.

Thank you for your time so far its appreciated.
Couple more questions - How long should one wait before doing a second round ? As i hope that i can get my yeast under control enough to be able to stop the steroids and then do a second round.
Also what if a person is really skinny will there be less fat tissue around for it to work ? How would you get over this hurdle ?
Also i have been REALLY hungry even more so compared to usual, have you heard people expereince this before and do you know a reasoning ?
Lastly the fungus on my skin seems to have gotten worse since starting anti fungals (more red and more blotchey) is this normal ?
Thanks
Steve

The newly updated instructions elaborate on when to repeat treatment, if at all. You should clear your browser cache and re-download the PDF:
http://lufenuroncandidacure.owndoc.com/lufenuron.pdf (page 7)
"Really skinny" is only a concern when you are in ketosis. This is mentioned in the instructions on page 7.
There should be no connection between hunger feeling and treating a Candida infection with an antifungal, AFAIK.
Fungal infections should improve, not worsen with antifungal treatment. However it is possible that the dieoff effect makes things much worse for a few days. I've seen spectacular skin reactions on my husband's lips and the same was reported by two Lufenuron users on the forum. Followed by strong improvement.
