Hi Sarah, so im not fully resistant after my poor attempt of round one. (not enough fat)

I started the second round today with a chip shop dinner as we discussed im going to take 3x9g over 6 days half a bag each time and im going to have a chip shop dinner for the next 5 days lol (but only a small portion of chips as i want to keep the carbs lowish) will also be having fish + peas. - If this is not enough fat pleaese say.

Within 2 hours of taking my first dose of the second round i get a feeling of a light burning but in a good way on my tongue and i can visible see the white coating not being as thick (im so happy that im not fully resistant) so i will see how i go on over the next days.

One question i wonder is it is ment to be a two week course, is this from the very first day you take lufenuron or from the day you finish taking it.

I ask as i wonder about round 3, i do not want to let my tissue concentration drop too low in between rounds 2 and 3. So if i needed a round 3 should i start it 2 weeks from today, or 2 weeks from when i finish round 2 (in 5 days).

Thanks
Steve

Relevant is page 6:

Tissue MIC levels are strongly dependant on your weight and how well the Lufenuron is absorbed, so the "two weeks" is only an approximate figure.
Two weeks, counting from the day after the day with the last dose.

As to resistance, just to be clear: People do not get resistant against an antifungal - fungi do.

I am not sure you would see such a speedy response. It should take a couple of days before the Lufenuron is absorbed and MIC levels are attained.

I can't give personalized advice on how much fat is enough. The more fat, the better. People should derive the bulk of their calories from fat anyway.

The same thing happened the last time i took it on round one, within about 2 hours i get the feeling of light burning on my tongue and the coating starts to ease up. I dont feel any die off at the moment but the tongue is hopefullyl a sign i will see improvements like in round one.

My diet is very poor at the minute but this is due solely to the fact of candida and poor digestion, that when i start eating big meals that the stomach pains/discomfort i aqquire is not worth to actually eat the food. But i am going to have a 5 days of eating as much food with fats as possible so that it works lol - If i was able to get the candida under control i would each such a good diet i could be the healthiest person alive lol if only :)
